As the sun set over the downtown skyline, our chosen penthouse venue sparkled with twinkling fairy lights and thoughtfully foraged local florals, transforming elegant tables into an enchanted setting. As our cherished clients & guests arrived – the very ones who've supported Chef Joann & Co.'s journey from a one-woman show to a culinary powerhouse – they were greeted with our signature "Client Love" spritz, garnished with edible flowers and crafted using organic herbs.

The heart of the evening unfolded through a carefully curated 5-course tasting menu, each dish telling a chapter of our story. From recreated favorites that marked milestone moments in our journey to innovative new creations, every plate showcased our commitment to organic, locally-sourced ingredients and zero seed oils. Our team was able to demonstrate their craft, while Chef Joann shared heartfelt stories between courses, weaving together the memories that brought us all to this moment.
